Callie Chai
Callie is a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and movement enthusiast with a passion for helping people feel more at ease in their bodies. With a background in dance, yoga, and fitness, she brings a holistic understanding of movement, posture, and wellbeing to her treatments.
Currently completing her Diploma of Remedial Massage, Callie blends relaxation with remedial techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. Her goal is to support recovery, ease pain, and restore mobility, all while creating a calm and grounding space for her clients.
In addition to massage, Callie teaches yoga to both adults and teenagers, drawing on her experience to encourage strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Her warm, supportive approach ensures that every session—whether on the massage table or the mat—leaves you feeling lighter, more balanced, and connected.
Outside of clinic, Callie enjoys sharing her love of movement through dance and exploring ways to help others move with more freedom and confidence in daily life.
